I really like this game. When I read your authors comments I was thinking it was gunna be a hash up of an old genre. It's not, it's based on an old-genre but with a sufficient additive to appose that. I think you shoulda played with the theme a bit more though, I really liked the mood of it, you could of had it so when you begin, it is 5am at night, and slowly, the sun rises. Then it begins to get busier as the day goes on, getting popularized by more people.
Although of course then it's gunna have to get less popularized and the escalation of the game would have to stupor... so maybe not.
I really liked this, good job.

I agree with kocianator's review. For a game under the moniker 'addicting games' that is what it lacked. It wasn't addicting.. it got dull fast. It needed more instruction too in my opinion.. You are just dropped in the garage and told what the mission is, but then each time just find yourself doing the same thing. It needs mixing up a bit, making it addictive and not repetitive.

A nice fresh idea, although I got bored quick. It seemed to slow for my liking.

That went on for ages.. I've been playing it for the last few hours and it kept me occupied & entertained the whole time. It was quite simple, but that is a good thing for me, as if it was harder I would have given up earlier on. Good fun.
It could of done with more structure to the game, maybe doing specific missions that are be all and end all's - killing the president for example should of been more of a point of the game. Giving the game more of a story to run by rather than it being more flukey is what i'm getting it.
But it was quality, and was entertaining, and was a different sort of defence game also. Well done :)

"Fun and enjoyable.. but only so long before they.."
can turn sour.
This game was fun for a while but to soon it went from being a challenge to easy.. and all throughout that transition it was getting duller. Good job on the game I did enjoy it and it did keep me occupied but all too soon was the sense of achievement gone when I realised the merit of loitering rocket gnomes about the path's.
The structure of the game felt wrong in that sense, that I became the king after about 5 levels played. This genre needs something new to add to it and keep it interesting.
I really did enjoy this game though, but looking at it from a creators point of view it needs to be adapted.

I thought that was brilliantly done. Much like 'K-Fed's dancing with fire' it was thoroughly worked out simplicity. Good job.

I liked the sombre mood of cardboard city, as you said, it was intended to be vague and although it was - it didn't leave me hanging. I wasn't checking the time waiting for something to happen I just watched instead. It was simple and enjoyable. Well done.
