Awesome list mate. Waterloo Sunset by the Kinks is definitely on my list of favorite songs. Also, anyone who appreciates Dylan has good taste.
I have a cool site you might dig, www.dylanchords.info . It's got pretty much everything by Dylan.
For other good fingerpicking songs, try some Spanish classical tunes, as those are usually the top. Some good ones are Romance de Amor by Segovia or Asturias by Isaac Albeniz. Also, probably the most difficult fingerpicking tune I know is Mood For A Day by Yes. Learning this song seriously made fingerpicking almost any other song seem easy.
Also, try out some old classical tunes originally composed for the lute. Bouree in E minor by Bach is a classic and challenging. Actually, really any classical song transcribed for guitar is great.
I figured out a pretty cool way to play "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" by the Beatles, too. It's originally played with two guitars, but I figured it out for one. If you want a tab of it feel free to PM me.
Good luck with your guitar playing. If the video above is you, it sounds pretty good so far.

Wow, you made good choices there, those are all great rock artists. Libertines are ace.
What Katie Did! There's some videos on YouTube of Pete Doherty playing acoustic versions, check them out, really great song.
Fingerstyle playing is nice, my mate's doing that, he's currently learning the song Road Trippin' by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Good luck man

Cheers man. Shoop shoop, shoop delang a lang, what ya gonna do, Katie? I will look into playing that.
